One-to-one degreasing machine
√ Metal chips are discharged through the chip conveyor of CNC machining equipment
√ The discharged metal chips fall into the automatic de-oiling machine to start de-oiling automatically
√ De-oiled metal chips are automatically discharged and dropped in the metal chip truck at the customer site
√ The deoiler has its own precipitation filter, and the filtered cutting oil can be directly returned to the equipment. If the height is not enough, a centralized filtration system for cutting oil is required, and the cutting oil is returned to the equipment through the oil pump.
